ISED company was organized in Moscow, Russia, in the beginning of 1990, then as the Institute for Social and Economic Development under the Academy of Creativity of the USSR, the public organization with wide objectives. Thus, ISED was created in the epoch, when private property in Russia still was to be revived. ISED has passed through all hardships of transition to the new economy, consistently acquiring rich experience and wide contacts in the most various spheres. In the beginning of the 90's ISED has executed a series of international humanitarian projects. The Soviet-Japanese University, by this the first sign of future rapprochement of Russian and Japanese businessmen was created. In this connection ISED also was involved in the development of Gorbachev - Abe project on economic, political and cultural rapprochement of Russia and Japan.

After the USSR was dissolved, ISED has been expanding steadily and continues to expand a field of its activity. The Center of Support and Development of Small Business was created by us, the beginning of successful activity of the company in the market of consulting services. The implementation of large consulting projects together with rendering of most various services for small companies remains to this day to be a priority sphere of ISED's activities.

The expansion of ISED to the international market started in the early 90's - numerous contacts with businessmen, politicians and public organizations of Japan helped the company to get experience in the skill of orienting not only on the Russian market, but also abroad. In 1993, ISED was accredited in the EU, and to the present time the company has numerous links in different countries of Europe and Eastern Asia.

One of ISED's distinctive features has become its large number of links and contacts in the most different spheres of Russian society: business, political establishment, regional governmental bodies, power structures. Therefore, the company renders the most delicate services in the sphere of security of companies and businessmen, and does this with success.

In 1996 ISED takes up a new business: Web promotion and Web design. Three years of work, many clients in Russia, in Europe and in USA created us a reputation of a reliable partner and a high professional in HTML design and Web Site promotion in the Internet.
